Sound Healing is an ancient healing modality that has been used for thousands of years all around the world. It is incredibly powerful at clearing old energy and emotions, reducing stress, and putting our systems into a deeply relaxed state, so we can live a life more in balance.
Everything around us has a vibration or frequency that can be measured, felt or heard, including ourselves, all of our emotions, our organs, our cells... Sound Healing helps us to receive healing frequencies that can create potent intentional shifts in our beings. We call these intentional shifts, healing.
Through 1-1 Sound Healing & Intuitive Guidance Sessions, I use an intuitive mix of energetic healing modalities in addition to the frequencies and vibrations of the sound healing through my voice, crystal singing bowls, chimes, bells and drums. You also receive intuitive guidance and channelled messages that I receive through the sound healing that I share at the end. I offer sessions both online and at my healing studio in Fort Worth, Texas.

My signature 1-1 Sound Healing & Intuitive Guidance sessions are a custom sound bath experience & so much more! Leave feeling restored, refreshed, and re-inspired for your path ahead.
What to expect in a session:
We start by setting an intention for what you’d like to get out of the session. Then I guide you into a releaxed state for the sound healing session where you get to lay back, relax, and feel the powerful sound waves and vibrations wash through you. As an energetic intuitive and seer, I receive messages and visions in the session, and always leave space at the end to connect and share what came through.

COUPLES SESSIONS
Experience the magic of sound healing with your beloved, or dear family member or friend. These 75-minute sessions are a beautiful way to connect with yourself and your partner/friend in a deeper, energetic way.
We start the session by setting and naming our intentions. Then I guide you into a relaxing meditation to enter the sound journey together. As an intuitive healer and seer, I’m able to connect with both of your energies to receive supportive guidance and messages for each of you individually, and together.
I always leave space at the end to share any visions or messages that came through with you both, and anything you would like to share. It’s always a beautiful journey in these sessions!
